Design an online store specialising in dog products and accessories.
My contribution
I managed the project from requirements analysis to launch: technical advice, defining navigation and features, organising the catalogue, designing user journeys and developing the website.I implemented and customised the e-commerce system: catalogue, product variations, cart, checkout, payments, shipping and features tailored to the business.After launch, I continued maintenance, incident diagnosis, performance optimisation and development of new features.
