Connect pet owners with animal care professionals through a SaaS platform designed within the Chaffy Tech collective.

My contribution

I contributed throughout the project: defining requirements, exploring positioning and users, specifying features, designing journeys, choosing technologies, development, testing, deployment and improvements. The platform includes user and professional accounts, profiles, search and filtering, data management and interfaces allowing professionals to manage their presence on the platform. This project illustrates my combined experience: contributing to functional decisions and product management while directly taking part in technical implementation.
